    THE DWAYNE HAVE A HEART FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO RAISE PUBLIC AWARENESS REGARDING WOLFF-PARKINSON-WHITE SYNDROME, WHICH IS A RARE CONGENITAL HEART CONDITION. IN ADDITION, OUR GOAL IS TO RAISE FUNDS TO HELP THOSE CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY THIS RARE ILLNESS.
