    The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
    Pivoting our programming both internally for employees and externally for our nonprofit partners has been a major part of our operations in the past year. One of the most successful adaptations has been the addition of virtual engagement opportunities in the form of educational presentations hosted by nonprofit partners for employees. Giving our global workforce a better understanding how what the issues actually are from those working to make things better every day has led to increases in our other offerings as well. We also used this time to streamline and automate as much of our operational processes as possible so that when the pandemic is over we are positioned to make even more impact than before.
