Goals

1. 1.Launch a $2.5 million capital campaign targeting permanent headquarters acquisition, storage facility development, equipment upgrades, and operational endowment creation. This campaign will address immediate infrastructure needs while establishing long-term financial security through endowment development.
2. 2.Establish multiple revenue streams including individual donor cultivation, corporate partnerships, foundation grants, planned giving programs, and special events. This diversification reduces dependence on any single funding source while creating stable, predictable income streams.
3. 3.Increase delivery and inventory capacity through infrastructure expansion of necessary DME (e.g. hospital beds, transport chairs, shower chairs, rollators), acquisition of delivery vehicles, and additional drivers. This will support rising demand while significantly reducing waiting times and speeding up equipment requests.
