We provide the language and practical assistance, to enable those who need help to be able to obtain the mainstream services that they need, to help them to become and to be productive and functional citizens of Arizona.
We have developed a process to enable us to identify, and to prioritize the categories in which individuals need our help in, and we provide the best suited staff that we have access to, to be able to effectively assist that person to effectively reach that objective.
We have professional, trained staff, and an ever increasing group of volunteers, that have all types of training and very diverse backgrounds, that are available to assist our Clients on a case by case basis, as is determined what is actually needed.
We know that we are making progress, when our Clients are happy with the services that were made available to them, to help them find a resolution to the concern that they had when the had asked for help.
We have been providing services to Russian speaking population of Arizona, in person, by telephone, by computer, and in events we had, as we had done for many years now. Recently, we had many requests for assistance and for support from individuals from other states, as well as from the ones living in the state of Arizona. Within our capacity, we do provide assistance by telephone, by skype, and by email to other Russian speaking individuals outside of Arizona, even though that is not our main intention, we do support Russian speaking individuals that intend to, or are in the process of moving to the Great State of Arizona, for purposes of residing here, or to bring their business here from some other state.
