Fernwood Cemetery - Endowment Care & Memorial Care Trust began operations in 2004 when the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs - Cemetery and Funeral Bureau approved the purchase of the cemetery from Daphne Fernwood. The activities of the organization has been and will continue to be conducted by the trustees named in the attached trust documents.
