To acknowledge the diversity of those people when faced with dietary or religious food restrictions during times of hardship. The Cultural Cup Food Bank is an “Alternative” Food Bank that customizes food boxes for those with dietary restrictions.

    The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
    Our organization reached out to the Arizona National Guard for help and our hours were decreased from 4 hours per day, 3 times per week to 2 hours per day, until the National Guard were pulled off Support Duty in November 2021. At that time we were forced to decrease opening hours yet again, to 1 hour per day, 3 days per week. We are left with 1 employee, 2 volunteers and our board members volunteering at this site and on a local farm.
