To establish a fully mobilized, state-wide network of self-sustaining rescue fleets and regional sanctuary hubs across Texas that restores the biblical standard of creation stewardship. We envision a future where systemic animal neglect is systematically intercepted through high-utility mobile logistics, where high-kill shelter environments are transformed by righteous leadership, and where the restored human-animal bond serves as an unshakeable, visible platform for gospel reconciliation and community healing.

Goals

1. 1.Complete Phase 1 fleet upgrades on our 24-foot transport bus (The Shepherd’s Ark) by retrofitting high-utility solar power components and executing a $3,000 capital repair campaign to stabilize mechanical systems, ensuring safe climate control for regional shelter animal relocation routes and establishing an initial operational reserve fund.
2. 2.Formally launch our direct grassroots Texas shelter partnership network to fill our 11 expanded fleet kennel spaces, while simultaneously deploying our digital research and journalism framework across 7 specialized species divisions to educate the public on creation stewardship and challenge systemic animal exploitation.
3. 3.Establish a permanent ministry headquarters and acquire 3 to 10 acres of land in the Waco, Texas region to construct a physical sanctuary facility equipped with custom calibration kennels, training grounds, and medical spaces to scale our certified veteran service animal pairing program.
