At FAJR Global, we envision a world where access to life-saving medical and surgical care, quality education, nourishing food, and safe shelter is recognized as a right not a privilege. We strive to bridge the gap between those living with dignity and opportunity and those struggling in desperate need. We are committed to ensure that no person is left feeling powerless, forgotten, or without hope due to a lack of resources.

Goals

1. 1.We provide medical care, preventative services and training in many countries through medical missions, medical evacuations, and professional training programs. Our work supports underserved communities by delivering critical healthcare, building local capacity, and improving access to lifesaving treatment worldwide.
2. 2.For the past two years, we have expanded programs in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, and Pakistan, focusing on complex surgeries unavailable locally, provided free to patients. We also deliver humanitarian aid in war-torn areas, including nutritious meals and medical services for vulnerable communities.
3. 3.In 2025–2026, FAJR Global leadership prioritized strengthening governance, documentation, and financial systems to enhance compliance, transparency, and informed decision-making across the organization.
