Mission

As a 501(c)3 non profit organization, Jam For Cam's mission is to raise awareness for Melanoma research through the community and music.

Vision

Since its inception, it has raised over $850,000 benefitting Melanoma Research Foundation, Camp Carolina, and a third annual rotating charity. Quickly evolving, JFC has cemented itself as an Athens staple, drawing in students and families from across the Southeast.

Goals

1.Jam for Cam aims to attract bigger musical acts to expand our audience, which would require larger financial capacity. This effectively would raise the reach of awareness and funds for research.
2.Partnering with clinics like Georgia Skin Care Dermatology, we aim to offer convenient skin checks, targeting college students, fostering skin health awareness, and combatting melanoma risks.
3.Long-term goal: Expand into more college towns to scale while prioritizing mission. Events like Jam For Cam raise melanoma awareness among college students, a demographic that often overlook skincare.
