VIA seeks to be an ideal venue for voluntaryists to live their values, non-voluntaryists to learn about voluntaryism, and to show by example that force isn't necessary for people to help one another. Where people usually turn to the government for assistance with humanitarian aid, urgent needs, disaster relief, community development, and education initiatives, we want to assist them and empower them to rally their own communities for these needs.
Through outreach, education, partnerships, and local events, VIA will grow its influence to enable us to reach more people across the globe who need our help or want the tools to help others.
Our organization has already demonstrated great capabilities in rallying our social media followers to voluntarily donate hundreds of thousands of dollars to our causes. A host of individuals have signed up on our website to donate skills to our team or to volunteer in their local communities. Our philosophy is appealing to people from all walks of life and is ideal in drawing together all sorts of individuals, excluding no one. Our team has shown growth and adaptability through all of our endeavors, and will continue to ford any future challenges.
We will know we are making progress when we can expand our reach globally in extending assistance and become more well known outside of the online liberty community. We will continue to work and build relationships to that end!
VIA has grown tremendously since its founding. Our team never stops looking for ways to improve our approach and add value to the assistance we offer. We don't want to just give people a handout--we want to offer a hand up, so that people are empowered to help themselves and others. For every major global crisis since VIA's inception, we have been here doing our part to help. When the cause demands expertise we don't have, we partner with other non-profits to better address the need at hand. We continue to move forward with optimism that our philosophy can change individuals and the world!
