PURPOSE OF ORGANIZATION IS TO ACQUIRE, HOLD, DEVELOP, MAINTAIN, MANAGE AND LEASE REAL PROPERTY SO AS TO PROVIDE LOW INCOME HOUSING FOR PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, AND TO CARRY ON OTHER CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THESE GOALS AS ALLOWED BY LAW.
