The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: UCF’s goal is to grow and expand our programs so more people can easily access the care they need. We want to make it simpler for families and communities to reach our preventive and primary care services, as well as the support we already offer. By reducing barriers, we hope to keep people healthier, help problems early, and provide quality care close to home.
Goal Two: UCF aims to strengthen its overall capacity so we can serve our communities more effectively. By growing stronger from the inside out, we can deliver better care, respond to community needs faster, and ensure our services remain reliable, sustainable, and high-quality for everyone who depends on us.
Goal Three: UCF seeks to develop new programs that respond directly to the changing needs of the communities we serve. By staying attentive, flexible, and community-driven, we can create programs that bring real value, address gaps in care, and support families in meaningful and timely ways.
