PROVIDE A SERVICE THAT IS MINIMALLY PROFITABLE AND HAVE MOST OF THE FUNDS RETURN AS SERVICE. 3. PROVIDE A PLACE WHERE FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE DISABLED CAN FEEL SAFE AND COMFORTABLE TO LEAVE THE THEIR DISABLED MEMBER TO THE FOR PRO-LONG TIME.
