Mission

Friends of Teach For Italy is a U.S. registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization working to eliminate educational inequity in Italy. In Italy, for too many children today, the location, family and socio-economic circumstances they are born into, defines their educational success and entire future. We believe that leadership is at the core of the solution and we endeavor to create a nationwide movement of leaders who will expand educational opportunity to all children and young people in Italy. Friends of Teach For Italy works to raise awareness and resources through partnerships and philanthropy to fund the programs necessary to realize this vision.
