The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
This year we have gone from a single pilot event to hosting two events and are looking to host three events per month starting our next fiscal year. This growth is substantial and has necessitated that we actively look for volunteers o assist in all aspects of our programs. As part f this process we have been recruiting Directors of our programs, additional board members, project based volunteers, and interns all of whom are ensured through their work with us mutual benefit of learning from their new positions and experiences which we uphold as integral for volunteers or interns in any role. A culture of learning is paramount in our minds as we execute out programs as well as welcome new volunteers and interns into our organization.
