In our vision for California: -Families breathe clean air, drink clean water and can access healthy, safe housing. -Communities are powered by sustainable energy. -Our elected representatives and regulatory agencies protect the health and futures of working families, including Black, Latino, Indigenous, and Asian immigrant families, and not the profits of big polluters.

1. 1.CEJA's priorities include: -Supporting ongoing advocacy and civic engagement programs that impact environmental justice (EJ) communities -Strengthening CEJA's alliance and the grassroots work of ten member and partner organizations -Hosting community workshops, EJ tours, and educational events -Identifying voices that are underrepresented in the alliance and bringing them in
2. 2.CEJA's priorities include: -Onboarding the two co-Executive Directors and implementing a permanent collaborative leadership model -Expanding the Development team and diversifying the organization's funding sources -Conducting internal audits to create policies for effective organizational oversight -Prioritizing professional development funding and opportunities for staff
