Goals

1. 1.Ruff Haven will expand crisis sheltering by increasing facility capacity and significantly growing its foster home network. This involves targeted recruitment, enhanced training, improved foster support, and pursuing funding for facility expansion and operations.
2. 2.Ruff Haven's Pet Pantry program will leverage case management to better assess client needs, connect them with appropriate resources, and track progress. This ensures efficient resource allocation and improved outcomes for both pets and their families.
3. 3.Ruff Haven will build capacity through staff training, improved data systems, and infrastructure upgrades to support new programs. We'll also actively pursue diverse funding sources to ensure long-term financial stability.
