Mission

Heartfelt Help Foundation exists to help financially-challenged heart transplant patients in Northern California pay medically-required transplant-related expenses which are not covered by their insurance. HHF performs this mission so that patients can financially qualify for the life-saving surgery sooner, begin their second chance at life without crippling debt, and have their required near-hospital housing be safe, clean, and individualized to facilitate reliable and timely recovery. HHF also will mentor heart transplant patients to help with physical and emotional stress and help them make the best of their required life changes to maximize the gift of life they received, and will educate the public about the challenges and benefits of organ transplant.
