Vision

The Legacy Closet envisions a community where no one struggles to meet their most basic needs. We strive to create a future in which every child, adult, and family in South Florida has access to food, clothing, essentials, and safe shelter. Through compassion, collaboration, and consistency, we aim to break the cycle of hardship by offering not just resources, but hope, dignity, and opportunity. Our vision is to be a cornerstone of support that empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and inspires lasting change across generations.

Goals

1. 1.Our 1st goal is to provide essential items, including food, clothing, shelter, and household goods, to a growing number of families in need across South Florida.
2. 2.Our 3rd goal is to help vulnerable individuals and families secure safe and stable housing by developing and enhancing partnerships with local shelters, housing agencies, and case managers to connect homeless families and individuals with housing or emergency shelter resources.
3. 3.Our 3rd goal is to foster a stronger, more connected community that actively supports our mission through educational campaigns, volunteer opportunities, and collaborative events that engage community members in giving, advocacy, or service.
