Our years of experience have made us efficient in what we do. We have run many projects in communities within Freetown, West Africa, and other projects in the northern part of Sierra Leone on "Youths as leaders of Tomorrow." Global Partners has volunteer team members of the younger generation from the ages of 27 to 35 in many parts of the world. Since the Volunteer leaders are youths, there have been continual leadership forums organized to help build up "youths as leaders of tomorrow," which intends to keep the organization running to serve humanity in all domains where our services are needed.

Becoming a leader necessitates the determination to follow a path that develops that expertise and aptitude. This road, on the other hand, is not one that can be easily mastered. Most academics agree that no one-size-fits-all solution or set of principles or actions leads to good leadership. Since many Global Partners for Community Development members are volunteers, leadership is chosen based on available volunteers who can lead the organization's visions. Unfortunately, it's difficult to get leaders who can lead with all qualities of a good leader in the past years. As a result of that, they have constantly been forums organized to fish train leadership, promote and build leadership skins, not taken into account the academic background of the volunteers involved. These forum seminars have helped build leads; GPCD allows any volunteer members to lead at any time after going through the organization's leadership training.
