Vision

Our vision is to ignite purpose, transform lives, and reshape the people and organizations in the communities we serve through a commitment to advance the human potential by unlocking their own unique purpose and health that creates a means for them to contribute meaningfully to the world.

Goals

1. 1.Our seminal strategy is to support to our community partners through practical guidance, performance enhancement for organizational and individual performance, advanced capabilities for human development (including leadership), and resource provision.
2. 2.Direct response’ nonprofits are struggling, not just from a lack of financial resources, but they atrophy and suffer from the barriers, constraints and distractions created from a lack of the organizational health and fitness (i.e., capacity) required to thrive. They need help to sustain their purpose and scale their impact so that they can focus on their mission.
3. 3.We are moving from an era of many separate efforts to support 'at risk' and vulnerable communities to one of a networked group of nonprofits that join together with one focused goal to better serve that same community. This new approach calls for leaders of those individual nonprofits, large and small, to make an evolutionary shift to their approach.
