To revolutionize access to healing for exploited people worldwide.

Goals

1. 1.HealEx aims to double the amount of exploited patients served in all projects over the next 12 months. This will be accomplished through improved staff training and local partnerships, continuing to create sustainable healing pathways for the populations that we serve. As well as increasing our capacity of our programs to serve a greater number of individuals through trauma focused care.
2. 2.HealEx aims to double its operating budget over the next 12 months. HealEx has created a fundraising strategy and hired a development director who will diversify the existing portfolio and expand their donor reach to increase funding and improve sustainability. HealEx aims to expand its Board of Directors to empower the organization through improved infrastructure, expertise, and connectivity.
3. 3.HealEx aims not only to increase the scale of our projects but to deepen the quality of each project. HealEx plans to deepen its access to as many venues of exploitation as possible, by measuring our impact on people experiencing different types of exploitation and human trafficking in each community that we serve.
