    Strategic Goals
    20 out of 20 points
The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We launched Operation Soul Rescue in March 2024, an initiative that concentrated on healing the soul, which is often overlooked. Operation Soul Rescue empowers them to rebuild their lives, restore their sense of purpose, and reconnect with their families and communities. Our goal is to raise enough to offer 4xretreats (24-32 individuals) per year and fund an IRB.
Goal Two: The First There Foundation aims to expand its reach by increasing awareness of the Combat Control community, ensuring Americans recognize the incredible achievements and sacrifices these men have made for their country. Currently, the exposure comes from our social media, interviews, and the annual Scarlet Beret Gala (fundraiser).
Goal Three: Since its inception, our founder has prioritized providing meaningful and lasting aid. It’s not about speed but direction. By aligning with individuals and organizations of strong moral character, we can achieve solid, sustainable growth—ultimately saving lives.
