Vision

Our hope for the future is to help as many women survivors of domestic violence as we can to achieve independence, stability, and the opportunity to thrive through the support of a community. As we grow with each year, we hope that the amount of women we are able to help grows as well.

Goals

1. 1.We launched our grant program in the spring of 2026. This allows eligible candidates to apply for financial support. So far, one participant was able to return to school to be a nursing assistant. Another was able to move her furniture into their new home after a few months and is finally sleeping on a real bed.
2. 2.In March we launched “the Good Feed”, a monthly feed bringing our community short, inspiring and positive news about our impact and Thrivers success. This allows donors to follow along with our progress! We received feedback from and rolled out this new update series. This is apart of an overall strategy to grow our communication outreach.
3. 3.We recruited a clinical supervisor to oversee our social worker's case management. We now have two paid social work independent contractors.
