This will help build a skilled workforce that supports environmental sustainability, strengthens local economies, and ensures a greener, healthier planet for future generations.
2. 2.Seed Your Future is strengthening its capacity by enhancing data collection, increasing staff and volunteer training, and expanding partnerships. By improving operational efficiency and financial sustainability, we will better serve students, educators, and industry partners—ensuring long-term impact in building a strong, diverse green workforce.
3. 3.Seed Your Future is advancing advocacy efforts to promote horticulture and plant-related careers as vital to sustainability, climate resilience, and food security.
