The purpose of the Society is to offer Hospitality to all people of all nationalities who offer support and foster the traditions of the Germanic homeland, to cultivate the German language, to sing German songs and to enjoy humor, poetry, drama, music, and dance in the tradition of German Gemuetlichkeit.

GERMAN-AMERICAN SOCIETY cannot be rated because Charity Navigator has not received the public data required to create a star rating.
To receive a star rating, a charity must be a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) public charity. Private foundations, consolidated subsidiaries, and organizations with revoked or inactive IRS status are not eligible for a rating.
