Farmers & Ranchers Are Essential Improving our food supply starts with the people in charge of growing our food and protecting our ecosystems. The World Has To Change We fundamentally believe the world's food supply has to change to decrease its negative environmental impact, while making nutritious food more available for all. Goals

1. 1.We are ramping up our ability to bring on full-time payroll personnel to support our operations. We have 2 full time and 1 part time employee. These are program managers who help us create pilot food-is-medicine programs, peer-to-peer learning curriculum, and connections across agriculture, food supply, and health care.
2. 2.Currently we are running a food-is-medicine pilot in Pembroke Township, Illinois. Funding and capacity building will allow us to serve more patients. We also launched a food hub mentorship program in 2025 and have a waiting list of participants.
