The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We have seen an increased need for our services since the pandemic. We want to to grow and expand our services, primarily our prevention & diversion services that work to keep families safely housed.
Goal Type: Grow, expand, scale or increase access to the existing programs and services.
Goal Two: We are committed to hiring and maintaining trained staff who can effectively work our client families and execute our programming.
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
Goal Three: This goal is incredibly important as we emerge into the post-pandemic world. We are constantly monitoring the needs of our community & are prepared to adapt based on what is most needed at this time.
