OUI opens the gates of learning to limitless numbers of students through leading-edge educational technologies and globally recognized Distance Learning methods. A 21st century University, OUI offers 600 online, internet courses to students located all over the world, every day, every hour. The University's 70 Study Centers are scattered throughout Israel.
