Founded in 1986, the Pinellas Education Foundation is a dynamic, nationally recognized nonprofit organization that leads the way in advancing public education and student achievement. We are a coalition of business and community leaders who collaborate to create programs that improve student and teacher performance and raise funds for scholarships, grants and teacher recognition. Our vision is that every student will be prepared for life after high school, whether the choice is to attend college, to enter the workforce, or to obtain technical training. Our mission is to accelerate educational achievement for ALL students through the effective mobilization of innovation, relationships and resources. The Pinellas Education Foundation has grown and championed many innovative programs. Our efforts have raised over $165 million to support the students and teachers of Pinellas County Schools. We are consistently ranked among some of the top public school education foundations in the U.S.
