  • United States Justice Foundation’s Form 990 for fiscal year ending December 2014 reports a joint cost allocation that when reversed yields a negative program expense number. Based on our experience, it is typically incorrect for charities to report joint costs of this nature. We have reached out to United States Justice Foundation, but we have not received an adequate explanation. We are therefore unable to evaluate United States Justice Foundation and thus have issued this Donor Advisory.
