Charity Response

STATEMENT BY RELIGIOUS COMMUNITY SERVICES PINELLAS (RCS PINELLAS) REGARDING THE DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT:

Earlier this year we were served with a lawsuit by three former RCS Pinellas employees. We believe the
allegations to be untrue. Their initial complaint was dismissed. The plaintiffs have filed an amended
complaint that we anticipate will also be dismissed.

Our organization remains focused on serving the neediest in our community. We believe in the value of
every individual and treating every person with respect, compassion, and care. This commitment
extends not only to those we serve and to our staff, but community partners as well. We look forward to
continuing to support our neighbors who are facing hunger, homelessness, domestic violence, and lack
of basic needs.
