Charity Response

STATEMENT BY RELIGIOUS COMMUNITY SERVICES (RCS Pinellas) REGARDING THE DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT

Earlier this year we were served with a lawsuit by three former RCS Pinellas employees. We believe the allegations to be untrue and are therefore fighting these claims. Due to the nature of pending litigation we unfortunately cannot say much more at this time.

Our organization remains dedicated to serving the neediest in our community. We believe in the value of every individual and treating every person with respect, compassion, and care. This commitment extends not only to those we serve and to our staff, but community partners as well. We look forward to continuing to support our neighbors who are facing hunger, homelessness, domestic violence, and lack of basic needs.
