Character matters. It's what moves a person to make responsible decisions despite their fears. It's what leads a person to realize that they matter, that others matter and that everyone's actions matter. It's what motivates a person to be a force for good. At Youth Frontiers (YF), we partner with schools to inspire character and leadership in students and help build a positive school climate that supports student success.
We focus on school communities because we know that positive school climate is associated with a multitude of positive outcomes for youth, including increased student achievement, higher graduation rates, effective risk prevention and positive youth development. YF's long-standing school partnerships have provided us the opportunity to contribute our best-practice programming as part of the solution in addressing existing school climate challenges and building school communities where all students thrive.
