The Boys & Girls Club of Green Bay's mission is to engage and meet the unique needs of greater Green Bay area youth so they may achieve academic success, demonstrate good character and citizenship, and live a healthy lifestyle.

As experts in youth development, our professionally trained staff are committed to providing a world-class Club experience to assure success is within reach of every young person who walks through our doors, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan in place for a productive future.

For over five decades, our organization has been the foremost advocate on youth development in the local community. Serving over 3,000 youth per year, our two Clubhouses and six school-based sites deliver daily programs that meet the needs of young people during times of day when youth are the least supervised and most vulnerable. Special efforts are made to serve the young people who need us most.
