Internationally, there were a shortage of options for teenagers who age out of care We researched existing avenues and came to the same conclusion So, we helped develop, launch, and operate a transition academy, which provides a two-year, life skills discipleship program for those 18 and up Other non-profits are even sending their children there as they turn 18 The program was then replicated, on a smaller scale, with our field partners in India Domestically, we ask agencies and church partners to rate CarePortal after each use This has resulted in more than 20,000 ratings which our development team watches closely One recent change, based on feedback is the development of an App so that users can benefit from the system when they are in the field and not tied to their desk
