The mission of the Garden State Council, BSA is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Serving six counties of South Jersey including Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland and Cape May, the Garden State Council, BSA is committed to providing all young people positive character-building experiences through outdoor adventure. In the programs of Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturing, Sea Scouts, STEM Scouts and Exploring, boys and girls learn skills in leadership, citizenship and physical fitness.
