Sun Valley Museum of Art (SVMoA), formerly Sun Valley Center for the Arts, has nurtured curiosity, sparked conversation and engaged the Blaine County community since 1971. Accredited by the American Alliance of Museums, our mission is to enrich the community through transformative arts and education experiences by offering diverse programming including visual arts exhibitions, lectures, concerts, classes, performances and BIG IDEA multidisciplinary projects.

SVMoA is deeply committed to adult and K-12 arts education. In addition to year-round lectures, workshops and classes for adults, our robust partnerships with local schools enable us to bring artists, authors and musicians into direct contact with students in area classrooms. Our outreach programs supplement the school curriculum through the Classroom Enrichment Program, Professional Artist Residencies, Student Exhibition Tours, as well as scholarships and professional development opportunities for local students and educators.
