House of Hope has been providing social service assistance to Martin County residents for 33 years. The organization works diligently to educate and empower local residents to break the cycle of poverty by guiding people towards self-sufficiency; providing nutritious food and nutrition education to increase healthy living habits; arranging for financial, holiday, and back to school assistance; offering information & referral to other resources; and providing life-changing case management services to Martin County's most vulnerable population. All programs and services are designed to empower people in need and afford them the greatest opportunity for good health, financial stability and life success. There is never a cost to people seeking assistance.
