During our analysis of American Center for Law and Justice’s 03/2016 Form 990, the document revealed the following:
$5,033,297 was paid to its Principal Officer Jay Sekulow's for-profit legal firm, Constitutional Litigation and Advocacy Group for legal services. We find such practices atypical when compared to how other charities operate and have thus issued this Moderate Concern CN Advisory.
