See Details About This CN Advisory

Thrive Networks’ 12/2015 audit states that Thrive Networks has an “Emphasis of Matter Regarding Going Concern” that is outlined in Note 17. It reads, “Thrive Network has experienced negative changes in unrestricted net assets for several years and has minimal unrestricted assets as of December 31, 2015. Additionally, Thrive Networks, is experiencing some difficulty raising additional unrestricted resources. There is only modest confidence in management's ability to obtain additional sufficient funding and, accordingly, for Thrive Networks to continue as a going concern. The consolidated financial statements do not include information about the recoverability or reclassification of recorded asset amounts or classification of liabilities should Thrive Networks be unable to continue as a going concern.” For this reason, we have issued this Moderate Concern CN Advisory. For more information, please see the Fiscal Year 12/2015 audit.

The nature of the concerns raised in this organization's Financial Audit are such that Charity Navigator has issued this CN Advisory to provide donors with information that they may find useful when making their giving decisions. Charity Navigator is not responsible for the nature or content of the information presented through external sources and websites. For more information on how or when we decide to publish a CN Advisory, please review our methodology.
