Guide Dogs of America's mission is to transform lives through partnerships with service dogs. We provide four classes of highly skilled, professionally trained service dogs: 1) guide dogs to people who are blind or visually impaired; 2) service dogs to military veterans with PTSD, TBI and/or mobility limitations; 3) service dogs to individuals affected by autism; and 4) facility dogs to professionals who serve vulnerable populations that benefit from animal assisted intervention or therapy in settings such as healthcare facilities, schools or courthouses.
