The mission of the Blind Children's Learning Center is to provide early intervention, education and services for blind, visually impaired and deaf-blind children and their families to empower independence. A full range of programs and services are available to assist blind, visually impaired, and blind-deaf children from birth through 21 years of age. Core programs include Infant Family Focus (birth to six months), Early Childhood Center preschool (six months to six years), Outreach (K-12th grade) and Therapy Services (all ages).
