At the Robert Toigo Foundation, our mission is to foster career advancement and increased leadership presence of underrepresented talent in the financial industry by creating mechanisms for greater inclusion from the classroom to the boardroom.

We support high-potential MBAs with the skills and ambition to become the next generation of financial leaders. The Foundation's programming offers leadership development training, industry education, and career support through the arc of career. Further, our work promotes the merits of diversity and inclusion to one of the nation's most vital industries-finance-and to associated fields that leverage a financial skillset and share our vision of an inclusive and representative workplace.
