TO CARE FOR, PROTECT AND PLACE ANIMALS FOR ADOPTION IN LIFELONG HOMES, AND TO PREVENT CRUELTY TO ANIMALS BY EDUCATING OUR COMMUNITY IN THE PROPER AND HUMANE CARE OF ANIMALS

Vision

KVHS strives to place healthy and happy animals in permanent loving homes.

Goals

1.Maintain a placement rate, or live release right, that is 95% or greater for animals. Before the past 7 years the organization has achieved and sustained in 97% placement rate.l
2.We find it critical to be responsive to the evolving and changing needs of animals within our community and within our country. This includes local programming and transport programming.
3.It is vital that the organization maintains fiscal health in order to continue programming and attract and retain skilled staff.
