NTI'S MISSION IS TO SUPPORT THE DISABLED COMMUNITY AND THEIR CAREGIVERS BY FOSTERING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH ADVOCACY, WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, AND ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT. OUR VISION IS TO BUILD A FUTURE WHERE ALL PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES HAVE EQUAL ACCESS AND REPRESENTATION IN EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND GOVERNMENT POLICIES.
