Mission

TO HELP ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF INCARCERATED PEOPLE AND TO BRIDGE THE DIVIDE THAT SEPARATES THOSE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF PRISON.

Vision

We focus on reducing prison recidivism rates by providing access to resources that help men and women impacted by incarceration reach a fuller potential.

Goals

1.We strive to collaborate with like-minded community partners to replicate the success of our in-prison College Behind Bars Program and our Reentry Initiative, the Partakers Empowerment Program.
2.We invest in our graduates and onboard them to become a part of the organization to maintain its cultural DNA
3.As the needs of the target population increase, we connected with community partners and other organizations to scale our programming and help become agents of change.
