DURING THE YEAR ENDING AUGUST 31, 2021, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS VOTED TO SEPARATE THE BOYS AND GIRLS PROGRAM. The boys program continued to operate under the Wellesley Youth Lacrosse Club, Inc. through August 31, 2021, and the girls program moved under the newly formed entity, Wellesley Girls Lacrosse, Inc. here were two transfers of cash made from the Organization to the Wellesley Girls Lacrosse, Inc. during 2021, which represented the girls program share of net assets and totaled $116,851.
