Impact scores of financial assistance to patients programs are based on income generated relative to cost. Programs receive an Impact score of 100 if they provide a dollar worth of assistance for less than $1.25 and a score of 80 if they provide a dollar worth of assistance at a cost ranging from $1.25 to $2 . If a nonprofit reports impact but doesn't meet the benchmark for cost-effectiveness, it earns a score of 65. This program provides a dollar worth of financial assistance to a medical patient for less than $1.25.

The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
This past year, all of our fundraising efforts pivoted to virtual peer-to-peer campaigns due to the COVID-19 pandemic. An example of this took place in September, when we held a month long "Sweat for Good" physical challenge. It was a great success where we raised more than $60,000 for our pediatric wheelchair program. Participants pushed themselves at all different levels and asked their networks to generously support their efforts. This campaign would not have happened if we were able to host more in-person events as originally planned.
