THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO EMPOWER FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS TO LIFT THEMSELVES TO SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC SELF SUFFICIENCY.

Vision

Communities where every family has access to basic needs, nutritional food, crisis care, education and employment training, and where everyone has the opportunity to achieve a future filled with hope and possibilities.

Goals

1.Member Share Grocery Program Enhance floor displays and promote healthy meal planning Establish documented SOPS for all core processes Establish functional training for all key front-line positions
2.Success Training Employment Program Enroll 262 and Employ 167 participants Lift 120 participants out of poverty (100%Federal Poverty Level) and 85 participants to economic self-sufficiency (200%FPL)
3.Education Impact (all campuses)  851 workshops including financial literacy, CPR & First Aid, and OSHA 10 Safety Certifications
