The mission of the Rockland County YMCA is to empower youth, adults, and seniors, promote healthy living, and strengthen community connections. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are committed to fostering youth development, lifelong wellness, and social responsibility through inclusive programs for all ages and backgrounds. Our services include childcare, teen leadership programs, fitness, swim, and health education. We partner with local organizations to keep the community active and engaged. To ensure accessibility, we offer scholarships for membership and programs. Since 1887, we have been dedicated to enriching lives and promoting civic engagement through volunteerism and community service.

New initiatives like the outdoor garden foster sustainability and leadership, aligning with the YMCA’s goal of inclusive community impact and growth.
